1 qns: how did ur section cont'd to be in operation when no one
even the person i/c doesn't know wat exactly the section do?!

because this section was created to house useless people who were
promoted to beyond their capabilities through politicking and
disgraceful idiocy..
when we merged, the "green" side didn't know anything about it
at all while the "blue" side went and promoted EVERYONE across the
board...
so when we merged, the infestation of useless people holding
high ranks caused the current organisation to be so top-heavy they
had to come up with a lot of little branches which did rubbish to
house them as "head of branch"
my section, went from community involvement to now doing mostly
idiotic things like getting vendors to design and print posters,
coming up with Annual Reports, and even more idiocy... due to the
pathological need for attention and recognition by the insane
woman..
there... how to have a proper framework for our work when things
which have nothing to do with community involvement take up 95% of
our time?
